Employee Assistance Program

To help with life’s challenges, your EAP provides:

  • Up to 6 free face-to-face counseling sessions with a licensed behavioral clinician per issue, per year for each family member
  • 24/7 telephone consultations with a licensed clinician
Tuition Reimbursement

Tuition assistance for children claimed as dependents (for income tax purposes) is available to employees of the College.

Eligibility: Employees must have 5 years of continuous full-time employment

Benefit: 10% of the Bates College Annual Cost

Limitations: Assistance is limited to 4 years at fully accredited institutions that grant baccalaureate and bachelor’s degrees.

Pet Insurance

Purchase personal computers and equipment with a 24-month payment plan offered through the College.

Eligibility: Employees with 6+ months of continuous service.
